About this application form......
The purpose of this form is to gather the information required to assess the suitability of the role to your skills and experience, as well as contact information so that we can discuss the position. Should we not require these in future we will destroy them in line with GDPR guidelines.
Each new staff member is given a probationary period so that everyone can be sure the appointment is mutually beneficial and that there aren't any safeguarding concerns. This is also to help you feel more comfortable with the new role.
After completion of the probation, you will be required to apply for an enhanced DBS. We will work with you to achieve this.
